Sarah Ferguson Gentry is a native of Putnam County. She is a graduate of Cookeville High School and received her B.S. in Education as well as her Masters in Early Childhood from Tennessee Tech University. She has been in the teaching profession for 30 years. She has taught kindergarten, first and second grade. Ms. Gentry is currently a pre-k teacher at Cane Creek Elementary where she has been since its opening in 1995. Sarah’s hobbies include gardening, and NASCAR.
